BoonARKM is a family owned business based in the central Fluerieu Peninsula.
BoonARKM was established and run under the Boon Family from 2007-2019.
2019 saw the sale of the herd over to Annie, with husband Jordan, and 2 partners, Cloverlea Dairy and Rockwella Dairy.
This partnership is exciting, as it combines a wealth of knowledge and years of experience breeding and managing herds, keeping a high expectation of what genetics remain and, overall improved practices that have been implemented on farm.
Aiming to breed Angus, Simmental and SimAngus hybrid bulls of quality and performance.

GENETICS
We have a big focus on our herd genetic testing. Not just recording data and input into our herds EBV's, we now genomic test ALL calves to improve the accuracy of EBV's, especially hard to measure traits.
All calves are parent verified, pesti-virus and genetic conditions tested. This is especially important when buying bulls, you know 100% what you are purchasing from our annual sale, giving you an opportunity to make more accurate selective decisions.

Est. by Annie, alongside BoonARKM, we purchased Woonallee Hummer, the senior and grand champion female 2018 Simmental National Show and Sale. Since then they have purchased a number of donor Angus females from the BoonARKM herd in 2019 dispersal. To date, a great outlay of travelling to the USA, Canada and Australia purchasing and exploring new embyros, semen and adding elite females to grow the herd base of both Angus and Simmentals. Careful selection to add to the herd include 2nd top sold PTIC female in 2022 from well known Angus breeders Pine Creek Angus. High price female from Tattykeel sale 2023.

LIMITLESS KING OF HEARTS 🥇middleweight and overall grand champion Simmental steer 🏆
Weighing 534 kilograms, he measured 10mm of rump fat and 8mm of rib fat at 13 months of age.
Sired by BNR Mr Moment and out of Limitless Miss Hummer.
A total of 45 purebred Simmental steers were judged in a stand-alone breed event judged by successful steer breeder Don Riley.
